Yoga was the first form of exercise I fell in love with after getting my pacemaker implanted. Since then it’s been my go too. On long days like today it feels like there’s nothing an hour of yoga can’t fix. I love the way I feel after an hour of yoga and in another life I would be a yoga teacher 🦋
