Meet Lorrie Marcott, Vice President of Operations: With over 18 years of experience in the assisted living field, Lorrie brings a vast knowledge of operational expertise, compliance best practices, and immeasurable care and compassion to the Voorhies and Associates team. Lorrie attended Portland Community College and received an Oregon Administrator’s Certificate from the Oregon Health Care Association in 2005. She has served in a number of leadership positions in senior and assisted living communities during her career. Lorrie’s passion for and commitment to working with seniors and their families makes her an important asset to the team. Lorrie and her husband have owned and operated a small construction company since 2006. She has two adult children and 3 grandchildren. Her grandchildren are her pride in life, and she is often found “mat side” cheering on her grandson during wrestling matches. Lorrie is a native Oregonian, enjoying all things outdoors including camping, bicycling, and hiking.
