6 week progress! Here are the numbers thus far. I tell ya, it’s very hard to believe that over 20lbs have been shed in the last 6 weeks, and it’s pretty amazing to see how that has manifested itself in my physique!
This challenge has been about more than getting in workouts every day. There’s a huge mental aspect to this, for me especially when it comes to being intentional about food choices and consistency IN THE KITCHEN! So far so good, even with some minor bumps and setbacks on the way. But it ain’t over just yet, we’re halfway through and there are still 6 more weeks of progress to get after and take hold of. If you’re in it, be all in it to the very end. Small progress is STILL progress, and you can take pride in that. But keep on keeping on, there’s more to come (or so I keep telling myself). . .
