This week seems to be nothing but go, go, go for me! I absolutely love it but it can get hectic sometimes 🙈. •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••I intentionally set 15 minutes of my day between my internship & work to devote to myself. One of the biggest things I've learned in yoga is to take the time, and listen to your body, be with your thoughts 🙌🏻! I'm not really artsy or a drawer by ANY means, but I decided to take the time & write out what makes me happy ☺️💓. Whether it be as simple as the first sip of coffee in the morning ☕️, to my faith, or all my amazing & friends I have SO much to be thankful for. Happiness I firmly believe is a choice. It's all about your reaction to things. I always find this type of activity helpful when I'm stressed or down because you realize how simple, yet important the little things are ☀️😊.
