My favorite product when I’m trying to lean out🙌🏼 • • Now that I’m 2 weeks away from vacation, I’m incorporating 1 capsule each day before my workout! I prefer to start having them 4-6 weeks before a vacation, but this was spontaneous😜🌴 Disclaimer: obviously no product will literally burn your fat, “burners” are thermogenic supplements that heat up your body & help you sweat more, which in turn helps you burn more calories & create more of a deficit. Which i like because i don’t have to create a large deficit in my calories to see results😜 Compared to other brands, it uses green tea extract + b-vitamins for energy, Cayenne pepper as the thermogenic & doesn’t make you crash or jittery compared to other thermogenics I’ve tried. It’s definitely easy on your body & I see results within a couple weeks💃🏼🙌🏼 def recommend this guy

#40weeks and 6 days. Due date was 1 week off 😁 glad we found out! That'll be my last update (I know it should be tomorrow, but we never know): Initial weight: 57kg Current weight: 69.3kg Initial waist circumf: 66.5cm Current WC: 99cm Initial hip circumf: 92cm Current hip circumf: 99.5cm Really happy with how the whole pregnancy happened to be this amazing experience! I was not expecting to be this lucky and be able to remain active throughout the whole time. I've obviously reduced the amount of resistance training (time, load) and introduced walking (almost) everyday for the last few weeks. I'm basically doing squats, thrusters, sumo squats and/or lunges for the last couple of weeks - and heaps of walking (not longer than 20, 25min though). Yoga ball is being a bff 🙃 sitting and bouncing on it everyday. Baby will be here soon and I'll have to be pacient and give my body some time to recover before I get back to exercise (note to self!). Oh. My. Gosh. I. Am. SHOOK. Freshman year ➡️ Now. 4.5 years difference. WHY DID NO ONE TELL ME I HAD CHICKEN LEGS FOR ARMS. 😂 Cardio/HIIT bunny ➡️ weight lifting AND endurance athlete. What’s funny is I never wanted “arm definition” and now I like these new things I’ve built up, called delts. 😊. How did I get here? A lot of trial and error. A lot of food. And a lot of drive to keep learning. Stay hungry friends. 🤘🏼
