I remember the days when I wanted to see just one vein in my arm but it never happened for years because I was taking mango shake with banana & milk as pre workout meal & Amritsari Kulche Sholey or Alloo Paraunthey as post workout meal😂😂. So basically I was moving 1 mile forward with workouts & going 1 mile backward with bad meals due to lack of knowledge & guidance. Hence stayed the same for years. 🙄😓. Never understood importance of good diet which is lot more important than workout. Don’t make the same mistake. You can put in hours & hours of work in gym but if you don’t eat right, good results will not follow. Ask questions, get help, gain knowledge, get disciplined & you can achieve any physical health goals you have for 2018. Eat healthy, get healthy & stay healthy.
