This client here is a MUM OF FOUR. Yes you heard me, FOUR. Before joining Body Plot she only ever did shake diets. She never lost inches but the weight went down rapidly. .
When I told her that I endorse gradual weight loss eg 1-2 pounds a week, she was shocked and thought that was so slow. .
She never exercised and hated it.
She loved snacking on the wrong things and had no idea how to eat or what to eat especially around owning a business and juggling the kids activities. .
