Bit of Thursday motivation coming at you! And you have GOT to hear this! . This client here is a MUM OF FOUR. Yes you heard me, FOUR. Before joining Body Plot she only ever did shake diets. She never lost inches but the weight went down rapidly. . When I told her that I endorse gradual weight loss eg 1-2 pounds a week, she was shocked and thought that was so slow. . She never exercised and hated it. . She loved snacking on the wrong things and had no idea how to eat or what to eat especially around owning a business and juggling the kids activities. . What about now: . ⭐️ She went from a size 10-12 to a size 6 in 12 weeks and is down 13 pounds ⭐️ She would never again do a shake diet ⭐️ She never again needs to diet as she knows there’s not one period in the year you need to be healthy for, it's every day. Don’t panic to be bikini ready. Be bikini ready every day (no matter what bikini ready means to you.) ⭐️ She has learnt SO much about nutrition where she actually understands food and how it impacts her body. ⭐️ Though she isn’t still passionate about exercise, she very much won’t go without it as she knows that exercise isn’t just about losing fat or toning up, it’s about health and life. Here’s a challenging but absolute burner core workout for you all! Add it to the end if your workout session. . ⭐️ Try each for 30 seconds (use a stop watch on your phone) . 🌟 Doing a core workout to the voice of usher makes workouts so much more fun! Remember his abs in β€œyou got it bad” 😏 . 1️⃣ Dual Leg Raises 2️⃣ One leg leg raise (either hands by your side or behind your head for added burn) 3️⃣ Switch Kicks 4️⃣ Flutter kicks (lay on your Lower arms, straighten your legs and alternate and raise your feet one by one) 5️⃣ Switch Feet (stay on your lower arms with the same legs and cross your feet one by one) 6️⃣ L Hold (keep one leg straight and off the ground. Keep the other leg raised and as straight as you can. My hamstrings were dying from legs yesterday so that’s as straight as I could do today.
