Let me in a snap shot show you where I once was. Seeing is believing, right? Look at that back a year ago, and look at it now.
I know what you are thinking now. "I am very busy I do not think I have the time to workout like you do"
Yes, you do, I can show you how. Only 30 min a day. "But I am a full time working momma and I have a family to take care of". Me too momma, trust me, you can do this too. "Maybe once my baby gets a little older and stops breastfeeding, I can start working out"
Why wait? I started back working out and following an even healthier eating plan when my little one was four months and still breastfeeding. I really wish I started sooner. "I do not think I can afford any programs, right now. Tight budget". What is the price tag on your health momma? Can you give it a tag? I started while broke and it was my best investment thus far. "I am not capable of doing any hardcore workouts"
Don't worry, there are workouts for all fitness levels, from low to high impact.
