Today's meal is unabashedly inspired from my trip to Mumbai. I really loved my dinner at @thebombaycanteen , where local and regional Indian food is taken to a whole new level :)
One of the dishes is this Dabeli masala-cheese stuffed Bajji chilies in a Sol Kadhi style gravy.
The stuffing is inspired by Mumbai's obsession with adding one thing to their classics- cheese! Cheese pav bhaji, cheese vada pav and so on :) The inspiration for the gravy is the quintessential souring item in maharashtrian cuisine, Kokum it also acts as a coolant. Here's another great, warming soup for cold autumn and winter days 🍁 One of our favourites 😍 Butternut squash, onion, garlic, carrot, apple, balsamic vinegar and a lot of aromatic spices with roasted pumpkin seeds on top 💛🎃 And it's bomb of vitamins and minerals 💪
Today, I have guests at home later.
So I prepare sweet potato latte.
Cooked sweet potato, plant based milk, raisin(for natural sweetness as English sweet potato is not very sweet😜) and blend all together. Before serve, put in the microwave to heat it up and add some cinnamon powder.

손님맞이 준비로 고구마 라떼를 만들어 보았다.
맛뵈기로 2잔이나 마셨다.ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
난 슾처럼 농도가 걸쭉한게 좋지만, 슾이 아니라 드링크니까 케슈넛밀크를 더 넣어서 대접해야할듯. 어쨌든 맛있다.이따 군밤도 구워야지.
