Rent the Runway launches new monthly subscription service

After observing a 125% increase in the subscription business year-over-year, Rent the Runway has introduced a new monthly subscription service called RTR Update.

For $89 a month, customers can pick four pieces from RTR's 200 brand assortment, with shipping and dry cleaning included.

Asos the e-commerce giant will launch Asos Instant - a same-day delivery option for its customers in London and plans to roll the service out to other UK cities in the coming months.

Available to all the capital's 122 postcodes on orders placed before 10am, Sunday-Friday, Asos Instant will cost £12.95 and parcels will be delivered between 6pm-10pm on the same day.

The London based business which targets fashion loving 20-somethings around the globe - it claims 15m active customers - has been investing heavily in its delivery and service proposition and says that in the last year alone it has introduced 200 related improvements around the world.
