The Mighty Burpee series no. 18: Clean and Jerk DB burpee.
Wow this is a seriously compound burpee combining two major compound movements of the burpee and clean and jerk using dumbbells. The clean and jerk works the pulling muscles of the back, shoulders, biceps, forearms and pushing muscles of the when you clean the dumbbells to your shoulders. Then the jerk works your legs, shoulders and triceps. You also get a lot of core activation - see me take a little step back on the 4th rep - just to hold yourself upright with the weights. Due to the effort and movements involved it also gives you a serious cardio hit. A full body workout of ever there was one!
I used 10kg dumbbells but I would suggest starting light and building gradually to a heavier weight once you get used to the movements.

Another successful story!

My client was training with me from October 2017 to mid Dec 2017.... 3 times per week for 45minutes each session. She continued to workout at home from December to Jan!
