We celebrated this little one on the right yesterday. My goodness, two years with you have just flown by! I never could have guessed the joy you have brought to our lives.
Your name, ‘Joy’, literally means ‘delight and great happiness.’ And although parenting you is never easy (you have a strong will and fighting spirit, my dear) I am so grateful that you have been a gift far greater than I ever could have guessed.
Yesterday, we celebrated you with presents and more sugar then you’ve ever had. But truth is, we celebrate you every day, because you are the best thing ever given to us.
On the blog: a reflection of her name and how it so aptly fits. 💕 link in profile. #joyelise

Spring has definitely sprung. I ❤️ this season & this time of year. The days are getting longer & the sunrises & sunsets are magical ✨✨
Getting out onto the gorgeous bush trails around our neighbourhood is an absolute highlight anytime of the day or evening for me. I'm so blessed to have such amazing beauty so close by to enjoy. My soul feels alive, really alive when I'm amongst such magnificent beauty.
Nature is a constant reminder of change happening around us all the time, if we could all just take the time to notice. We can use nature and the changing seasons to guide us in making our own changes or look to Maria Robinson for inspiration to start today & make a new ending.
Join me tonight 7pm, 2nd St Ives Scout Hall, Cnr Yarrabung & Hunter st, St Ives for some self discovery, lengthening & strengthening yoga & awareness of breath.
I look forward to welcoming you 🙏🕉🦋
Mixing business & pleasure? Is this really possible? Well, today I had a productive strategy meeting (the freelance consultancy work element of my portfolio career) back in Somerset which enabled me to spend both yesterday evening AND precious time after my meeting today with them all. Last night we had a lovely family roast with my parents also as a belated birthday celebration for my middle nephew.
I gave him the card game Swish for his birthday & we played it this evening. My youngest nephew took it upon himself to "make his special announcement for the day" and presented me with this certificate! I have so much love for these boys and whilst of course I don’t have favourites the youngest is simply a bundle of joy right now! ❤️
