The past four months has brought me nothing but happiness. Doing what I love and being able to help others grow into a better version of themselves has made me realize that this is what I want to do. It’s so much more than just about physical changes for me. To see people pick themselves up and fight for themselves & know that I helped them get to that point in their life is something I can’t put into words. •
After going back and forth a little bit on if it was the right time or not, I have decided to take the leap I know will bring me nothing but joy. This girl is becoming a certified personal trainer & I am so freaking excited!!! So here is to a new chapter in my life 🤘🏼
I love making soup when the weather gets cold! But I’m always really careful to avoid sodium overload because it’s just not good for your heart. If your heart is going to work overtime it should be on spreading love and joy- not because salt has made its job harder!! So I make sure to get all of my canned goods with low sodium, or no salt added. These diced tomatoes have 9 TIMES less salt than the original! I do the same for beans too, or purchase them dried and cook them in bulk!!
The serenity in the eyes of who wakes up everyday comfortable enough with herself ( even with the extra pounds ) and doesn’t need a bunch of filters to post a picture because she doesn’t have make up on 😌😂😅.... #Friday#happinessoverload
