Something personal for a change 😊 Here is promised feedback on #fitnessblenderbeforeandafter! I've started #fb30 program October 2016 and have been doing it all over again ever since. If photos doesn't show much difference, then simply believe me: more endurance, strength, flexibility, balance, reaction, better mood and sleep. Weight loss was not on my priority list, but couple of kilos I've lost during a year.
Take also into account meals 5-6 times per day and feast in the restaurants on weekends. No certain food limitation, no calories counting, no guilt - live freely and excercise regularly that is my mojo! Thank you, my favourute @fitnessblender gurus Kelli and Daniel for everyday motivation and fun excercises! 😍

Поделюсь личным для разнообразия 😊 Вот обещанный пост о "до и после" по программе FB30 Fitness Blender. Начала ее делать по кругу, начиная с октября прошлого года. Если по фотографиям большой разницы не видно, то поверьте мне на слово: получила больше выносливости, силы, гибкости, ускорила реакцию, научилась держать баланс, улучшила настроение и сон. Потерять вес не было целью, но пару килограмм все же ушли в течение года.

Во внимание также возьмите 5-6 разовое питание и пир горой в ресторане по выходным. Никаких специальных ограничений в еде, подсчетов калорий и чувства вины - просто живите свободно и занимайтесь фитнесом или прочим спортом регулярно. Спасибо моим любимым Kelli и Daneil из Fitness Blender за ежедневную мотивацию и нескучные занятия! 😍
