Here are a couple of ideas to get you back in the healthy groove! #detox **Eat lite! Sounds obvious right? Start the morning off with a liquid breakfast. I do my protein shake and throw some fruit in it and a healthy nut butter. It's filling but doesn't weigh you down. **for lunch have a salad with protein. Your body will love the greens and the protein will help with energy. **dinner.. I'll be most likely be taking another shake, but there are so many amazing soups out there right now at the deli for the holidays. Butternut quash, tomato, turkey vegetable...etc. healthy, filling and festive. **drink a ton of water! Add lemon and a pinch of Cayanne to facilitate detox process.
**get moving! Even if it's a stroll around the block or cleaning the house after all of the holiday shenanigans **Drink tea! I have an amazing recommendation for a good detox tea. Peppermint is a good one tho.
**put down that glass of wine😳 yes, I said it. Give that liver a rest.
Do this for a good few days, 21-30 days is ideal. I know it sounds crazy, but you will feel better than ever and then ready to take on..wait for it.....Christmas!!!😲🎄🦌🤶🏻🎅🏻
