Day 60 of 60.
Clean eating and a change in my exercise program.
Lost weight around my stomach and hips/booty. Arm and upper leg muscles are stonger. I am feeling great! It was a lovely experience and I can't wait to keep seeing the progress!
Small victory in my shoulders!
The little grooves in my shoulder are huge for me even though they are so tiny. My whole life I have been battling with upper body strength and after so long I have gotten stronger. I can do normal push ups, 40 assisted pull ups and the list goes on. Small victories are better than none, don't get despondent when you do see improvements, some progress takes longer than others!
This is a different kind of transformation. There is more than just a physical body to transform and this is my "mind & heart" transformation.
So this handsome man in the picture transformed my life. Before being with him I was very straight and unfriendly, if I didn't need to talk to someone, I wouldn't. He helped soften my personality and heart. He transformed my bluntness into a good honest trait. He made my life happier and made me a better person and this is a transformation that I will forever be greatful for and will always stride to do better and better every day. I love you
So even though I am smiling in this picture, I feel a little defeated.
Went to the doctor today and for health reasons I am not allowed to do gym (well get hot and sweaty) for a week or so, which means it's just yoga and stretching for me for a little while. I did a session today and it felt so boring... need to change my mind set for my own health. But tomorrow will be a better day 😊
Hey Ho Hump day!
Some day are just worst than other days. I had an average day and average workout today and thats okay. My watch broke so I couldn't get heart rate or calories - the frustion was real. I am busy with a 60 day challenge but also October was calorie focused month for me so not getting the reading really made me mad. But there is always tomorrow to make up for today.

So lets reflect on my progress.
I am feeling a lot fitter now which is lovely but struggling with diet still, I just love bread and pastry so much - it is my biggest weakness but I have actively tried to stay away from it since last week. My body is stronger and my arms are dead but I am loving the burn. Can't wait to see my progress after 60 days!
