That feeling when you know you should stretch but you are HUNGRY AF 🤦🏻♀️ so you always end up skipping stretching .....ya that WAS me like all the time.
Lately mobility work has been on my top list of priorities. Putting in work in the gym and outside the gym mobility has been a must in order for me to keep on rolling. My strength goes up weekly 💪🙌and my metabolism is on fire 🔥 more food, losing fat, gaining muscle and very minimum cardio. Happy with the progress I've made this year so far and no it was not easy. If I had to look at how far I have to go everyday I would just call it quits, the thing is i never will be satisfied. I look at how far I have come with and I find myself always hungry for more growth inside and out. The best project I have ever worked on is myself. When I started i knew it wasn't going to be easy. When I looked my best at times I FELT my worst and I refuse to be dishonest. Health and fitness to me is about feeling good about who you are and where you are going in life. Conquering every step you make and pushing past all the limits that you thought you could never get to. Sure building the body you want is freaking awesome 👏 what's more awesome is building the life you want. I dare you to believe in yourself ⭐️💕 I don't believe that successful people looked at their goals and just said "fuck it" the first, second or third time they attempted to achieve them. So keep on working because life is too short to be sitting around moping and whining and thinking negative ass shit. Doubt will kill you. You won't wake up one day and have it all. But you will and can achieve anything if you work on it everyday and work on progressing, learning and growing in whatever it is you want. If you feel that something or someone is holding you back.. let it all go. People fall and struggle all the time, they may not show it. It may not be in their character but believe me everyone has to struggle and fight to get what they want. To grow in life. You are not the only one. It is apart of the process.
