Is it easy to get up before 4 am? 😳
Is it easy to workout daily?
Is it easy to look in the mirror and NOT like what I see?
Is it easy to not feel comfortable in my own skin daily?
NO‼️ None of those are easy. But I still get up daily. Why ⁉️ For me.
It’s become dedication to FEELING good when I get dressed and look in the mirror.
Don’t get me wrong...I ❤️ working out 🏋️, if you haven’t caught on to that yet 😉
But I like sleep 😴 too. Who doesn’t⁉️ But I also like to feel GOOD about me, & it might sound crazy, but that feeling of accomplishment every morning—sticks with me throughout the day.
I am a better ME because I choose ME for 30-40 minutes a day.
I believe that YOU can feel amazing too. Ask me how‼️

They may have to wrestle it out of his hand though! 😂 A couple of these lovely copies of Swimming on the Lawn by Yasmin Hamid were given to us by @fremantlepress to hide for the kids at PMH! 📚 Happy reading to those that do find it
About the book:
Farida lives with her family in Khartoum, Sudan. For Farida the 1960s are a time of fun and adventure, from riding the train to a remote village by the remains of Nubian pyramids to seeing the twirling dancers of the Mawlid festival. But as columns of black smoke rise on the horizon, can Farida’s happiness last?
PRAISE FOR THE BOOK
'The oppressive heat, the unusual flora and fauna, the scrumptious breakfasts and the experience of birth and death are all brought to life against a wonderful backdrop of Sudanese culture and customs ... young readers won't fail to recognise the celebration and importance of family life
Forgot to post yesterday. I did only 2 Monday miles due to a headache. Today is a new day however. No headache right now. Did an upper body workout today. 💪 Now to focus on my nutrition for the rest of the day 😉
