I chose to do one of my all time favorite endurance trainings this morning, 47 minutes, mix of cardio and weight intervals, weights are low weight and tons of reps. After trying to always increase the weights, a bazillion reps with only 5 lb weights kills, but in a good way. TurboKick at Evol Fitness at 9:30 am. Come join the class and sweat away some of those leftovers you ate yesterday.
We pushed ourselves and tested our endurance by doing stair running. 💪

Starting to feel a bit stronger now after losing a bit over the past few weeks. Just shows you can always bring it back! I definitely put it down to fuelling myself properly. Plenty of nutritious foods to get that weight up🙏🏻🙌
