Yes winter is here, yes it’s cold outside but that shouldn’t stop you from getting up and getting all of your tasks for today done. The weather may not be ideal but that shouldn’t be a factor in achieving your goals. Basically what I’m trying to say is #noexcuses bundle up and get shit done !
#throwbackthursday to super hero day when I was a camp counselor at @steveandkatescamp . I’ve always loved Superman but on this day I truly felt like him. The look on the kids faces was priceless! The kids loved it !!!!

Life has a funny was of testing us, sometimes we may not understand why certain things happen to us. But one thing we can choose to is rise above and learn from every experience life throws at us. If we do this there’s no limit to what we can achieve. 🏆

I’m about 30 days into my bodybuilding program and i have to say it’s been extremely difficult. Life has a way of showing you what’s really important. But i can honestly say that lifting has been my therapy through this last month and I’m glad to be back. Today i truly didn’t feel like training the funeral yesterday plus dealing with my emotions after was rough but I’m glad that i was given the ability to wake this morning and chase my dreams yet again. Everyday is a gift so make sure you use it to its full Potiential remember the only thing that’s promised is today! So make the most of it and chase your dreams.

I’m currently sitting at 227 up 9 pounds feeling strong. But Also super sore. Today i trained back and core.
